George Nevarez - Lead Pastor
Pastor George has been attending CCAG since 1997 after being delivered from a life of crime and drugs. He gave his life to JESUS here, met his wife here, and was discipled here at this church.
His desire is for all believers to continue growing in the Grace of GOD and for all people to come to know the wonderful riches found in CHRIST JESUS.
Tucker Brown - Youth Pastor
Pastor Tucker grew up coming to CCAG as a youth. After high school, he served in the JR High ministry at CCAG for ten years. He joined our team as the high school pastor in late 2022. Tucker is married to his wife, Micah, and has two children: Adelaide, and Rowen. His heart is to raise up the next generation of youth and help them establish their identity in Christ.
David Angel - Worship Pastor
Pastor David grew up coming to CCAG as a youth. He joined our team in 2016 as the Youth Pastor and is now currently serving here as the Worship Pastor. His heart has always been to lead people to the throne of God and His amazing grace. David serves alongside his wife Holly. They have two beautiful girls: Anayah and Evie. David enjoys all kinds of music, cooking, woodworking, and hanging with his family!
Steve Carr - Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Steve Carr is the founder of Calvary Chapel Arroyo Grande.
After serving as the Senior Pastor for 42 years, Steve is now retired.
David Aguilar - Administrator
David Aguilar has been attending church at CCAG for over 20 years.
His goal is to handle day to day operations while working with ministries to pursue the vision of CCAG.
Shanene Hillock - Children’s Ministry Director
Shanene Hillock has been attending CCAG since 2021. In her time spent thus far as the Children’s Ministry Director, she has been blessed to learn and grow in the Spirit while serving alongside the volunteers and ministering to the children.
Patricia Brown - Front Desk Receptionist
Patricia has been attending CCAG for 5 years.
As she is the first person you will see when coming into our office, we are happy to have her on our team here at CCAG.
Sasha KillamHull - Graphic Designer
Sasha serves as the Graphic Designer here at CCAG, working on different aspects of the church’s presentations, study graphics, flyers, and other needed projects.
He enjoys working with each ministry to give them quality promotional and event materials.

Ellie Crist - Administrative Assistant
Ellie helps services and day-to-day operations run smoothly at CCAG.
A recent graduate from UCLA, she finds herself learning more from this job than any other experience.
