• What do I need to do to use iTunes?

Step 1: Install Apple iTunes onto your computer www.apple.com/itunes/download.

Step 2: Watch, Listen or Download Audio and Video Podcasts using iTunes.
Or Subscribe for automatic download when new Bible studies are posted.

• What do I need to do to use RSS Feed Pages?

Step 1: Nothing! (As long as you have a Media Player that will play MP3 Audio and MP4 Video files)
The recommended player is QuickTime since MP4 is an Apple format and will also play MP3 files
An Open Source Alternative Player for MAC or PC is the VLC Media Player
* Video Files (MP4) require Apple Quicktime or a Universal player such as the VLC Player.
* Audio Files (MP3) will play from most players, such as Windows Media, QuickTime or the VLC Player.

Step 2: Watch, Listen or Download Audio and Video Podcasts from RSS web pages.
Or Subscribe for automatic download when new Bible studies are posted.

• What if just want to watch or listen to Bible Studies and do not want to download files or use iTunes?

You can Watch  or Listen from our Recent Bible Studies page (* requires 700kbps minimium download speed).

• System requirements:

Required Download Speed for Instant Viewing is 700kbps for Video and 200kbps for Audio.

• Instant playback keeps stopping and starting!

If your download speed is less than the minimum, then it is recommended to download files from the RSS Feed instead, then play the downloaded file from your computer. To download files to your computer using Internet Explorer, "Right-Click" and select  "Save As." To download files to your computer using Mozilla Firefox, "Right-Click" and select  "Save Link As."

• When I click on a file nothing happens!

Before a file will play, some of if needs to download first before it starts to play. If your download speed is slower than the minimum, then you should download files instead from the RSS Feed. If the file will not download, please let us know so we can check the link!

• My MAC laptop only has one button under the keypad. How do I download files?

Hold down the Ctrl key when you click on the link to download. This option may need to be turned on in System Preferences. For more support Apple offers two Web sites. One is called Mac 101, and is at apple.com/support/mac101. The other is called Switch 101, and is at apple.com/support/switch101.

Video and Audio Files are usually posted 1-2 weeks following the Bible study.
